Terms of Service

1. Services

ISO Qualify provides ISO training courses and certification consulting services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Training Services

  • Training courses are delivered live online at scheduled times
  • Participants must attend sessions and complete assessments to receive certificates
  • Training certificates are issued by ISO Qualify upon successful completion
  • Training certificates demonstrate course completion, not professional accreditation or ISO certification

3. Certification Consulting

  • We provide consulting services to prepare organizations for certification audits
  • We do not issue ISO certificates—certification is granted by accredited certification bodies
  • While we work to prepare you fully, we cannot guarantee certification outcomes
  • Certification body fees are separate from our consulting fees

4. Payment Terms

  • Training course fees are payable before the course start date
  • Consulting project payments follow the milestones outlined in your agreement
  • Prices are quoted in the currency specified and may be subject to local taxes

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Training cancellations 14+ days before: full refund or reschedule
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before: 50% refund or reschedule
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before: no refund, but may reschedule
  • Consulting project terms are specified in individual agreements

6. Intellectual Property

Course materials, documentation templates, and content provided during our services are proprietary. They may be used for your internal purposes but not redistributed or resold without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect damages, business losses, or third-party claims arising from use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
